Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Little Rock, AR, for a Collector / Loan Officer. The role involves managing loan portfolios, ensuring timely payments, and offering personalized financial solutions to members. Responsibilities include reviewing loan applications, processing payments, contacting members for past-due accounts, and negotiating payment plans. Other duties involve analyzing financial documentation, ensuring compliance with credit union policies, and providing exceptional customer service. The role focuses on effective communication and a customer-first approach to drive successful financial outcomes.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of loan processing, reviewing financial documentation, and managing collections

Experience with customer communication, conflict resolution, and providing excellent member service

Numerical proficiency, attention to detail, and analytical skills for identifying solutions

Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies

Proficiency in standard office software and financial tools; experience with credit union systems is a plus

Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in finance or business are advantageous

Previous experience in a credit union, bank, or similar financial institution is preferred
